Counties We Serve in Northeast Indiana

Our clients come from across the region. The list below covers every county where we routinely handle cases. Allen County is featured first because our office is located there. The remaining counties are listed alphabetically.

Allen County

Allen County is home to our downtown Fort Wayne office and our largest concentration of clients. We handle personal injury, workers' compensation, and Social Security Disability matters throughout the county, including Fort Wayne, New Haven, Huntertown, Grabill, Leo-Cedarville, Monroeville, and Woodburn. Hearings and court appearances at the Allen Superior and Circuit Courts are part of our regular weekly practice.

Adams County

Adams County sits south of Fort Wayne along the Ohio border and includes Decatur, Berne, Geneva, and Monroe. Manufacturing, agriculture, and the building trades produce a steady volume of workers' compensation cases. We also represent Adams County clients in personal injury claims from crashes on US-27 and SR-124, slip and fall incidents, and Social Security Disability matters.

DeKalb County

DeKalb County is directly north of Allen County and includes Auburn, Garrett, Butler, Waterloo, and Saint Joe. Personal injury claims from highway crashes along I-69 and US-6, workers' compensation cases from local manufacturing and logistics employers, and Social Security Disability claims make up the bulk of our DeKalb County work. SSDI hearings are usually scheduled through the Fort Wayne SSA hearing office.

Huntington County

Huntington County is southwest of Fort Wayne and includes Huntington, Roanoke, Markle, Warren, and Andrews. Our work here covers personal injury cases from collisions along US-24 and I-69, workers' compensation claims from local manufacturers, and Social Security Disability matters for residents whose medical conditions prevent them from working.

Kosciusko County

Kosciusko County, anchored by Warsaw and Winona Lake, is a national hub for orthopedic and medical device manufacturing. Plant workers, machinists, assemblers, and warehouse staff drive a significant share of the workers' compensation cases we handle here. We also represent clients in personal injury claims from US-30 and SR-15 crashes, slip and fall incidents, and SSDI applications and hearings.

LaGrange County

LaGrange County is home to a large Amish community, agricultural operations, and small manufacturers in LaGrange, Topeka, Shipshewana, and Wolcottville. We handle workers' compensation for plant and shop workers, personal injury claims involving auto, buggy, and pedestrian collisions, and Social Security Disability applications. Our team is mindful of the cultural and logistical considerations that come with representing clients in this community.

Noble County

Noble County includes Albion, Kendallville, Avilla, Ligonier, and Cromwell, with a manufacturing base that includes major RV-industry employers. Many of our Noble County clients are factory employees and tradespeople with workers' compensation claims, personal injury cases from US-6 and SR-3 crashes or third-party workplace incidents, and Social Security Disability claims.

Steuben County

Steuben County is Indiana's northeast corner, bordering Michigan and Ohio. That location can complicate cases involving out-of-state drivers, multi-state employers, or workers' compensation claims tied to interstate work. We handle these jurisdictional questions for clients in Angola, Fremont, Hamilton, and the surrounding lake communities, along with personal injury and SSDI claims.

Wabash County

Wabash County includes Wabash, North Manchester, LaFontaine, and Roann. Manufacturing, agriculture, and logistics drive most of the workers' compensation cases we handle here, with personal injury claims from US-24 and SR-13 collisions, slip and fall incidents, and Social Security Disability matters rounding out our caseload.

Wells County

Wells County, with Bluffton as its county seat, sits between Allen and Adams counties. We represent clients in Bluffton, Ossian, Uniondale, and Markle in personal injury, workers' compensation, and Social Security Disability claims. Many Wells County workers commute into Fort Wayne, which often creates cross-county legal considerations our team is familiar with.

Whitley County

Whitley County sits directly west of Allen County and includes Columbia City, Churubusco, Larwill, and South Whitley. Personal injury claims from US-30 and SR-9 crashes, workers' compensation cases tied to local plants, and Social Security Disability matters make up the bulk of our Whitley County caseload. Columbia City clients also benefit from a short drive into our downtown Fort Wayne office for in-person meetings.
